ally From Start to Finish

The process of producing ally was...well, intense. It was not only a nervewracking experience on the content side, but the technical side as well. Still. I had a lot of fun with it, and I hope that others do as well.

Given the design that went into this and the technical obstacles overcome, I thought it might be neat to pull together a making-of describing the process and work-arounds that went into both the site ally.id and the book itself. Within, you'll find 32 pages of both intent and execution.

Along with the purchase of the PDF, you will also receive a zip file of the LaTeX source for the PDF, all of which (except the content, natch) is structured in the same way as the book, letting you get an insider's view of how the project itself was structured.
